* If sending the order form by mail, you may include the deposit by check. If the requested steer and cut is available, we will process your reservation and follow up with details on delivery and final payment. If we can not provide the request steer or cut, we will contact you to ask if you’d like to continue with another option. If at any time before processing your order you decide not to purchase, we will return your full deposit.

If you have special requirements or cut requests, please be prepared to pass that along as well but we may not always be able to accommodate all requests.

Being a small business focused on personal relationships, we almost always discuss the transaction in person before making payment arrangements, but please note we currently accept only checks or cash.
